"I have found booking a holiday never easy, especially for a large family (I have 4 children) and this task was even more difficult travelling with another family, 10 all together, so 10 potentially separate requirements! We didn\'t know where we would like to go, we provided Emma with our main requirements and she certainly knows her market very well as she came back to us quickly with a list of suitable resorts and hotels, costs etc which gave us a starting point. The tricky part for booking a holiday for 10 people was the constant questions and change to requirements, I found Emma very patient and understanding every time we came back with a different requirement or slight tweak to budget, dates etc. The whole process was made so much easier by being able to deal with one person at any time convenient to us.
